Read More- Analiese HI called Hamel's originally to perform a diagnostic on my leaky AC. I called first thing in the morning, and they had someone out that afternoon, who was actually the owner of the company. He was later than the original estimated window they gave me, but did call to let me know (and I understand jobs sometimes run longer than anticipated). He was professional and worked quickly. He was able to make a minor repair right then, and also made a few recommendations related to the issue (as well as a couple small thing he noticed while poking around in the attic). He took pictures to show what was wrong, and also where he made repairs. He answered several of our questions patiently and thoroughly, and I felt as though I was getting an honest answer which, as a woman, I really appreciate. A week later, I had them come out to do the recommended additional work and the guys were actually earlier than expected, and extremely careful in take measures to protect my floor and belongings (much...
- Coli DOur air conditioning needed to be replaced in the main dining room of our restaurant during the hottest week of summer. I called Hamel’s and even though the particular unit we needed was scarce they were able to locate one nearby and had it shipped asap. The day of the install there was a storm moving in and they arrived early in the morning so the crane operator could place the unit on the roof before the winds picked up. They worked through the rain and had us up and running by lunchtime. Luke and his employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable about what the best and most efficient setup for your situation is. I have been using Hamel’s for years and will continue to do so.
